David Liss Lisi is a potter and the owner of Lisi Pottery in North Syracuse. David has been working with clay for over 20 years. Landing Page Image 1 David's work is creative and an eclectic blend of a wide range of both functional and non-functional pottery. Over the past 15 years, David's work has been made available to the public through his studio, public events, art galleries and now, the world wide web.

David has been an active member of the Syracuse Ceramic Guild since 1999. The Guild provides learning seminars in clay by renowned ceramicist from all over the United States each year. David has taken advantage of these seminars and has learned many new techniques working with clay. Thus, David's work is always evolving.

Saturday, June 2 – Sunday, June 3
The 17th annual 2018 Westcott Art Trail

At the Westcott Community Center (on the corner of Euclid Avenue and Westcott Street) on Saturday, June 2 (10:00 am – 5:00 pm) and Sunday, June 3 (12:00 pm – 5:00 pm).

Featuring over 40+ area artists, of extraordinary quality, in several locations around the neighborhood. Local artists work in a range of mediums, including ceramics, glass, jewelry, fibers, painting, and sculpture.

David Lisi and other artists will be on Clarke Street under big white crafters tents during the Wescott Trail. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Follow the yellow signs.

Saturday, August 18 – Sunday, August 19, 2018
The Pottery Fair hosted by Stone Quarry Hill Art Park 2018

On Saturday, August 18, (10:00 am – 5:00 pm) and Sunday, August 19, (10:00 am – 4:00 pm).

Admission $5 per person. Children under 12 are Free. Purchase beautiful pottery from over 30 local ceramic artists. Original and functional pieces for wedding & holiday gifts.

Glaze a piece of pottery and watch it fire in our raku kiln. Kids play with clay at claytown and take it home, free! Explore the Art Park. Refreshments available, or bring a picnic!

The 2018 Open Studio & Holiday Sale

Tour the Delavan Center and visit the artists. On Friday, November 9, (5:00 pm – 8:00 pm) and Saturday, November 10, (10:00 am – 4:00 pm).

The Delavan Center is a cultural place and space for people to gather and for local artists to exhibit and sell their work in a professional environment for the community to view and purchase fine art. It was a great venue for artists and patrons and collectors and people of all walks of life who came together to enjoy the arts.
